Chinese New Year!

In this session we learnt about how the Chinese New Year is celebrated, why it is different to our New Year date, what the different foods represent and the meaning of the dragon and tiger dances. We figured out which animal represents the year we were born and got creative, making some lucky red lanterns and crafty dragons to take home!
